Lisa has been brokering investment properties since 2003 and serves as the Managing Director of Regions Commercial’s Multi-family Investment Sales division overseeing a multi-million dollar sales team responsible for a dominating market share of multi-family investment sales in CT, MA, RI, and NY. Lisa’s expertise in 1031 exchanges, investment sales analysis, property management and development, and her partnership with Regions has resulted in the firm’ successful closure of over $50 million in annual sales transactions and has earned her the Costar Power Broker award. This success has allowed Lisa to assemble a personal portfolio of Multi-Family Real Estate in Connecticut, which allows her to leverage an investor’s perspective into her client representation.
Lisa graduated Cum Laude from American University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation. Upon graduation, she worked as a Financial Analyst for Cambridge Associates, a leading investment consulting firm. In 1999, she developed and implemented a business plan that launched a start-up business North of Boston. Two years later, she sold the business that doubled her initial investment.
Lisa volunteers locally as an Angel of Hope anonymously helping people in need. She volunteers internationally, with her latest mission trip to Soroti Town, Uganda, Africa where she spearheaded fund raising efforts to help build a clean water well.
